Fennemore, one of the nation’s fastest-growing Am Law 200 firms, will combine with Boise-based McConnell Wagner Sykes + Stacey (MWSS+), a business law firm with strengths in construction, real estate, employment law, and commercial litigation, effective Sept. 1, 2026.
The planned combination will significantly grow Fennemore’s presence in Idaho, adding 13 legal professionals in Boise, while giving MWSS+ clients access to more than 750 team members across Fennemore’s footprint.
